Semi-Preparative HPLC Systems

Semi-preparative HPLC occupies the space between analytical and full preparative scale — delivering milligram to low-gram quantities of purified compound from a single run. Sykam semi-prep systems use the S 1130 pump in semi-preparative configuration (0.1–40.0 ml/min, up to 400 bar) combined with semi-preparative flow cells, PrepCon or Chromstar 7 software, and fraction collection via S 6000 valves.
