The S 433 Amino Acid Analyzer integrates quaternary gradient pump, autosampler, column thermostat, post-column reactor, and dual-channel photometer into one automated platform. The S 150 Ion Chromatography system combines conductivity detection, auto-suppression, column oven, and pump in a modular stack. The S 600 Series HPLC covers analytical through semi-preparative workflows with UV/Vis, PDA, RI, or ELSD detection. Each system ships tested, documented, and ready to produce results on day one.

Lab to Production Scale-Up

Sykam supports the full scale-up pathway β€” from analytical method development through pilot-scale validation to turnkey production chromatography plants. We optimize separation parameters at analytical scale, design the scale-up using our preparative pump and column portfolio, and engineer the production system with integrated process monitoring, automated valve switching, and quality assurance instrumentation. Preparative PEEK columns (50–70 mm ID, pressure-tested to 150 bar) enable metal-free industrial separations impossible with conventional glass column systems.

OEM Modules & System Integration

Sykam supplies branded or unbranded OEM modules to instrument manufacturers and system integrators worldwide. Pumps, detectors, autosamplers, column ovens, valves, and degassers β€” each available as standalone modules with full technical documentation.

Our S 4115/S 4120 column ovens, S 6000 Series valves, and S 7515 vacuum degassers are already integrated into third-party analytical platforms across multiple industries.
