Sykam biotech systems are designed for applications where chemical inertness and biocompatibility are critical. All wetted components — pump heads, autosampler, valves, fittings, and columns — can be specified in PEEK, PTFE, PVDF, or PPS. This eliminates metal contact with sensitive biomolecules and enables reliable work with aggressive buffers, high-salt eluents, and biological samples at any pH.

Amino Acid Analyser S 433
The S 433 is a dedicated biotech instrument for amino acid profiling. All buffer-contacting parts are in PEEK, PTFE, or PVDF. Cooled reagent compartment under inert gas. Suitable for physiological samples (plasma, urine, CSF) and protein hydrolysates.
Ion Chromatography S 150
Fully PEEK S 150 IC module for cation and organic acid analysis in biological fluids. Combines conductivity detection with the auto-suppressor for maximum sensitivity.
S 1610 Syringe Pump
Pulse-free solvent delivery for post-column reagent addition in bioanalytical workflows. Compatible with high biomass content. Inert wetted surfaces throughout.
S 5250 / S 5300 Autosamplers
Double-needle injection design prevents septum-particle blockages. Sample temperature control +4 to +60°C. Injection precision < 0.25% RSD. Pre-column derivatisation and sample dilution options available.
