Column Ovens — S 4115 & S 4120

Precise column temperature is essential for reproducible chromatography. Sykam's S 4115 and S 4120 column ovens use direct-contact heat transfer for maximum temperature stability and accuracy. Columns are held in optimised column holders that enclose the entire column for uniform heat distribution. Both models accept the full S 6000 valve series for integrated column switching.

Description

Compact column oven (max. 2 columns up to 250 mm, max. 8 mm OD). Direct-contact heat transfer with precise temperature controller. Available in heating-only (+30°C to +100°C) or heating/cooling (+5°C to +100°C with Peltier). Leakage sensor detects organic solvent vapours. Temperature fuse shuts down on electronic fault. OEM version available.

Larger-format column oven for up to 3 columns (max. 350 mm length). Heating-only: +30°C to +150°C — the highest temperature range in the Sykam range. Heating/cooling (Peltier): +5°C to +100°C. Same safety features as S 4115. Taller cabinet: 183 × 566 × 270 mm.
