Autosamplers — S 5250 & S 5300

Sykam's S 5250 and S 5300 autosampler systems deliver excellent reproducibility and linearity across all injection modes. Variable sample racks and microtitre plate adapters, combined with multiple firmware options, qualify these systems for the widest range of analytical challenges. The innovative double-needle injection design eliminates septum particle blockages throughout the fluid system.

X/Y/Z Drive

Solid X/Y/Z mechanics developed for maintenance-free long-term operation. Permanently lubricated guide bearings prevent particle-related failures. High-precision stepper motors in microstepping mode for accurate vial positioning and syringe dosing.

Double-Needle Design

Air needle opens the septum before the injection needle enters the vial — eliminating septum particle contamination throughout the fluid path. The injection needle never punctures the septum, so all standard vial caps and Eppendorf vials can be used without modification.

Service Access

Injection valve, sample loop, and injection port are front-accessible without removing covers. Dosing syringe is accessible via a side flip-out glass panel and can be exchanged without tools.
