Reliable, leak-free connections are the foundation of precision chromatography. Sykam fittings, unions, and sample loops are manufactured to the same high tolerances as our instruments — in stainless steel for demanding pressure applications and PEEK for biocompatible, chemically inert setups.
Description
Sykam sample loops are precision-ground to minimise dead volume and prevent leakage. Volumes are nominal — internal diameter varies with capillary length. Available in stainless steel and PEEK in volumes from 2 µl to 5 ml.

Connection Standards
All S 6000 series valves use standard 1/16" ports (analytical) or 1/8" ports (preparative S 6011/6031/6131). Loops are compatible with standard HPLC fittings.
