Vacuum Degassers — S 7515
Dissolved gases cause baseline instability, bubble formation, and pump cavitation. The S 7515 vacuum degaser continuously removes dissolved gases from up to four solvent channels using high-efficiency Teflon AF® capillary membranes — far more efficient than standard PTFE membranes. Short capillary lengths mean minimal dead volume and fast response times. 5-year membrane guarantee.
Teflon AF® Capillary Technology
High-efficiency Teflon AF® capillaries achieve far higher degassing performance than standard Teflon membranes of equivalent size. This allows shorter capillaries, reducing dead volume and system response time.
Two Operating Modes
Constant vacuum (continuous) or hysteresis mode (on/off switching) — selectable based on application requirements and solvent type.
5-Year Membrane Guarantee
The S 7515 membrane pump uses a specific Teflon material designed for rapid oscillation. Sykam backs this with a 5-year guarantee on the membrane (Teflon membrane only).
Multi-Channel Options
Available in 1-, 2-, 3-, or 4-channel versions. Channels can be used for different solvents, operated in parallel, or combined in series for increased degassing capacity.
