Sykam columns are developed and tested to work seamlessly with Sykam systems and methods. Each column is pre-packed and quality-tested before shipment. Guard columns and pre-columns are available to extend analytical column lifetimes. Our application laboratory can recommend the optimal column and method for your specific analyte.

Column Types

Cation-exchange resin columns optimised for the Sykam S 433 amino acid analyser. Pre-packed and tested for: physiological amino acid profiles (plasma, urine, CSF), protein hydrolysate analysis, and extended amino acid standards. Contact Sykam for current column portfolio and buffer system compatibility.

Anion-exchange and cation-exchange columns for the Sykam S 150 IC system. Anion columns: standard and high-capacity variants for Cl⁻, NO₃⁻, SO₄²⁻, PO₄³⁻, Br⁻, F⁻ in water matrices. Cation columns: Na⁺, K⁺, NH₄⁺, Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺ in environmental and process water.
