Our instruments are only as good as the flow path you build around them. Sykam accessories — analytical and preparative columns, low-dead-volume fittings and sample loops, motor-driven valves, vacuum degassing, and CNC-machined PEEK or steel specials — are specified to the same tolerances as our modules. The right column, fitting, and fluidic choice preserves peak shape, gradient fidelity, and long-term reliability so your chromatograms stay trustworthy from installation through years of routine use.

Fittings, Unions & Sample Loops
Leak-free connections from analytical to preparative port sizes
Standard and precision fittings, unions, reducers, and capillary connections in stainless steel and PEEK keep dead volume low and pressure ratings honest. Sample loops are precision-ground for repeatable injection volumes from 2 µL to 5 mL, in steel or PEEK, with catalog numbers matched to S 6000 valve port geometry (1/16" analytical and 1/8" preparative paths).

Pre-packed, tested, and matched to Sykam methods
Cation-exchange resins for the S 433 amino acid analyser; anion and cation columns for S 150 ion chromatography; reversed-phase and other analytical formats for S 600-series HPLC. Guard and pre-columns extend lifetime; our application lab can recommend chemistry and dimensions for your matrix.

PEEK Column Pillars — Preparative High-Pressure Bodies
Machined from solid natural PEEK for metal-free purification at scale
Our preparative “column pillars” are CNC-machined PEEK separation bodies — not glass — for ion-exchange and other purifications where pressure, mechanical stability, and chemical resistance matter. Typical configurations use 50 mm or 70 mm inner diameter with 150 mm or 500 mm active bed height, 40 mm wall thickness, and PEEK closures with glass-ceramic inlay. Inlets combine a 60 mm distribution frit with a height adapter; steel burst discs protect inlet and outlet; 6 µm glass-ceramic filtration is standard. Each unit is pressure-tested (150 bar, 60 minutes); custom dimensions are available on request.

S 6000 family fluidics plus in-house PEEK and steel machining
Motor-driven S 6000 valves handle injection, column selection, and stream switching with Chromstar control. Beyond catalog parts, Sykam machines solid PEEK and stainless steel for custom manifolds, column hardware, flow-cell bodies, and OEM interfaces — including DiaDur (DLC) coated steel where wear resistance is critical.

S 7515 Vacuum Degassers
Teflon AF® capillaries — low volume, high efficiency, 5-year membrane guarantee
Dissolved gases disrupt baselines and pumps. The S 7515 removes gas from up to four channels using Teflon AF® capillary membranes for short fluidic paths, minimal dead volume, and fast gradient response. Choose 1–4 channels and constant-vacuum or hysteresis mode; wetted materials are listed for full compatibility review.
